Dr. Siddhartha Sen is a Professor of City and Regional Planning and Associate Dean of the School of Architecture and Planning at Morgan State University (MSU), Baltimore, USA. He is a recognized scholar on Indian urbanization and the nonprofit sector in India. His articles have appeared in journals such as Third World Planning Review (now known as International Development Planning Review), Development and Change, Cities, Voluntas, Journal of Urban Technology, Michigan Sociological Review, Journal of Planning History, and Journal of Planning Education and Research. He is the author of several book chapters published by leading publishers such as Manchester University Press, University of Toronto Press, Routledge, John Wiley and Sons,Sage Publications, and Praeger. His 2017 book - Colonizing, Decolonizing, and Globalizing Kolkata: From a Colonial to a Post-Marxist City - published by the Amsterdam University Press has been widely acclaimed in the field. His most recent co-edited book, Smart Village Technology: Concepts and Developments has been published by Springer: Cham, Switzerland in 2020. He has been involved in many editorial activities, including serving as the book review editor of the Journal of Urban Technology since 2005. He has also served as a reviewer for many international journals as well as publishers such as Routledge and Fordham University Press. He has managed over $4 million worth of research contracts and grants for agencies such as the Economic Development Agency, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Highway Administration, Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Baltimore Urban League, and the National Transportation Center at MSU.

 

 


Prof. Dr. Andrew W. H. Ip

Prof. Andrew W. H. Ip received his PhD from Loughborough University (U.K.), MBA from Brunel University (U.K.), MSc in Industrial Engineering from Cranfield University (U.K.), and LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton (U.K.). Dr Ip was awarded in 2015 “Gold Medal with the Congratulations of Jury” and “Thailand Award for Best International Invention” in the 43rd International Exhibition of Geneva, and he was awarded the “Natural Science Award ” in 2013 Ministry of Education Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards by the Ministry of Education of Mainland China. Dr. Ip is visiting professor of Civil Aviation University of China, South China Normal University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Honorary Fellow of the University Warwick, Warwick Manufacturing Group. He is Professor Emeritus and adjunct professor of Mechanical Engineering, University of Saskatchewan and principal research fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a chartered engineer, senior member of IEEE and member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and members of various professional bodies in mechanical and electrical engineering. He is Editor in Chief of the journal of Enterprise Information System (SCI index), Taylor & Francis; Founder & Editor in Chief of International Journal of Engineering Business Management (ESCI & SCOPUS index), SAGE.

Dr. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of Interscience Institute of Management and Technology (IIMT), Bhubaneswar, India. He received his Ph.D. in Engineering with a focus on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India, in 1999 and has supervised 12 Ph.D. dissertations and more than 30 M. Tech theses in the areas of Computational Intelligence, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 60 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is the author of 2 textbooks and has edited 12 books and a few invited book chapters, published by leading international publishers such as Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc. Dr. Patnaik was the Principal Investigator of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)-sponsored TAPTEC project “Building Cognition for Intelligent Robot” and University Grants Commission (UGC)-sponsored Major Research Project “Machine Learning and Perception using Cognition Methods”. He is one of the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England, and also one of the Editors-in-Chief of the book series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published by Springer, Germany.

Dr. Sudeshna Ghosh is an Associate Professor of Regional Planning in the Department of Geography and Regional Planning at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA. Dr. Ghosh earned her Ph.D. in Regional Development Planning from the University of Cincinnati, USA, and her Master’s degree in City Planning from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. She has published several articles and book chapters in the areas of economic development planning, land use modeling, smart city and smart living strategies in the US, and planning in the developing world, specifically India and Brazil.

Bin Hu engineer and a counselor at Changsha Normal University, ACM Member, IEEE Member, he is the guest editor of EI-indexed journals: International Journal of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems (IJRIS) and International Journal of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management (IJISSCM), the editorial board member of International Journal of Enterprise Information Systems (IJEIS) and International Journal of Strategic Decision Sciences (IJSDS), and the technical editor of International Journal of Computer and Communication Technology (IJCCT). He published many articles in high standard journals like Knowledge-based System(KS), Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Control (JIFS), Enterprise Information System(EIS), Financial Innovation(FI) and etc. He worked for China Mobile,Hunan Branch as a senior manager both in marketing and Technology. Dr. Rabi Narayan Subudhi,

Senior Professor of Management, KIIT University Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Prof. Subudhi is a Senior Professor of Management with a total teaching experience of over 35 years. After completing Masters & M. Phil. degree in Statistics, he completed his Ph.D. (in Management), with Senior Fellowship (SRF) from CSIR. He is also an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, where he completed FDPM in 2002. He had his professional training on computer application at IIT Kharagpur and TTTI Chandigarh, (sponsored by Govt. of India). After Serving Berhampur University Odisha for 21 years, he joined VIT University as a professor in 2006, and then came back again to Odisha in 2007 to join KIIT University as Professor of Management. He has successfully performed all academic responsibilities, like Member, BoS, SLRC, Academic Council of University and as Chairperson of MBA Prog of KIIT University. Presently, he is the Chief Editor of peer-reviewed, UGC-CARE listed journal Parikalpana of KIIT University, since last 12 years.

Dr. Debasish Jena has more than 15 years of industry experience. He was consulting to health department, govt. Of orissa for a period of 2 years. He is the author or co-author of over 50 publications and book chapters. His research interests are information security, mobile ad-hoc networks, and network security. He teaches networking, network and information security. His professional memberships include IEEE, ACM, ISTE, IACSIT, MIE (I), CSI, and OITS.
