Welcome to SCOUT

The objective of Smart City Challenge & Outcomes for Urban Transformation (SCOUT) is to provide a platform for the academicians/ researchers and policy makers to come up with alternative ways of fulfilling the specific needs & products or service in making the city life better and bringing transformation through disruptive technologies and to bring out state-of-art solutions. There are many issues and challenges, pertaining to Smart cities developments and its management.

The second edition of the International Conference on Smart City Challenges & Outcomes for Urban Transformation (SCOUT) is being organized by Interscience Research Network (IRNet) at Singapore. SCOUT-2023 is going to take place at RELC, Singapore during July 29th-30th, 2023.

PUBLICATION

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by at least 2 experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process before the final decision and detailed presentation at the conference, all the accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore proceeding.
